If you can`t find a card issuer, if you have questions about the agreements yourself, contact the card issuer directly. The CFPB maintains a database containing credit card agreements from hundreds of card issuers. The following tool allows you to search for an agreement on the name of the issuer. We have provided this database so that you can search for agreements between credit card issuers and their customers. The agreements contained in this database contain general terms and conditions, prices and information on fees. If you are looking for information specific to your account, contact the bank or institution that issued your card. By law, the issuer must provide you with your consent upon request. If you have difficulty obtaining your consent, you notify us by filing a complaint. If none of these reasons apply and you are still unable to reach an agreement, call them to request a copy of your agreement. Under federal law, your credit card issuer is required to provide a copy of your agreement upon request.
